Metrics Forward

This page explains how to enable the possibility to forward metrics from the CI platform to an external listener.

In order for Metrics Forward to work properly, you must follow the next steps:

1. Add Variable (in CI platform)​

shamanops_forward_metrics_endpoint *
This value is provided by the customer and refers to the URL of forward agent in internal infrastructure.
Example: https://metricsagent.sbox.customer.com:8888

We recommend using an endpoint with FluentBit to listen and then pipeline it to your internal metrics storage.
